I have pulled both ways thru Big Sur and had no problems, except for several idiot drivers that wanted to go faster that the speed limit. 1st trip was south in the Suburban pulling a 27X Wilderness TT and the trip north was in an Excursion pulling a 35' overall TT. In fact, I pulled the Wilderness setup from Olema all the way up #1 to Legget with out any problems.
