Blythe, CA to Ramona, CA
How is SR 78 from Blythe to Ramona? Not towing - just driving the pickup. We are heading for Rancho Bernardo area in San Diego County.

Nice and scenic drive it does get curvy in places but like others have indicated it's a lot better than going around north or south using I-10 or I-8.
