This is another good option if you can find them. We've never actually used one, but have "inspected" a few in our travels, and they certainly look doable. We've also had others mention this as an option for an overnight rest stop. In Canada, some have showers and other amenities, so I'm told.
Along the same line, marinas often have similar overnight accommodations to small airports, but I wouldn't think there are very many along the Alaska Hwy. Some will have dump stations, and fuel. I would guess fees, if any, would vary based on the facilities.
