Thanks, homefor2, for the information on campsites in Kitty Coleman Park. Looks & sounds great, and just our type of campsites. (We are not really interested in parking lots in stores, truckstops, etc, but it is useful to have the information in case we are stuck)
That's the one sue.t, but generally it seems that we do not need to be too worried. The last time we camped outside Europe was in the Kruger National Park in South Africa, and the mosquitos there can be carrying malaria
profdant139, hopefully these yakkers will be willing to give us lots of useful tips so we should be able to handle them, but if not we will just have to yak, yak, yak, back. I was coming on to the larger animals ( but I guess there are plenty of informative leaflets on the subject of bears, and all the books tell us what to do). What about snakes - do you have any that could cause a problem?
BTW I hope you don't all think I am neurotic! I am only asking all these questions because I am getting so much useful information. If you don't ask, you don't get, and if you all keep responding I will bombard you with more!!!
