I've only had it happen to me once and it was sort of funny. It was a new cop and his English was so terrible that it took a while to figure out what he wanted. I just kept making like I never understood him and in the end he was so flustered that he told us to leave. Afterwards we figured out that we really had made an illegal turn.

Have had friends who got out the phone or camera to take pictures of the payoff being handed over and they were promptly told to drive on.

Yup, actually means no vehicle with dual rear wheels allowed-- includes RV's. And around Guad, have seen 3 Mexican trucks stopped for every RV. Yes, in many areas this IS strictly enforced.


Sure speeds up roads to not have underpowered overweight trucks in every lane at every traffic light.
