CA-99 to I-5 north
If I drive up 99 in central CA and then want to take I-5 up into Oregon, where should I cut over to I-5?...Stockton, Lodi, Sacramento or other place?? Which road?

also Stockton has major work going on. not many white lines to guide you where you are going. take your time and be very aware of stupid other drives.
we just came up to k-falls from Stockton.
sometimes we take hwy 70 out of Sacramento for a change
