Try Cajun Palms RV Resort in Henderson, La. It is just short drive from Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, etc. Excellent food in that area....recommend Crawfish Town for good food, Café Des Amis in Breaux Bridge just over the crawfish bridge has excellent food as well.
