Bears, Breaux Bridge is just east of Lafayette on Interstate 10. We also enjoy staying at Poche's Fish Camp and Rv. Lots of space between sites, well run and reasonable in price. No TV provided, if that is of any interest. We stop here and then use Interstate 49. to head on north to Shrevepot and on to Dallas and then Colorado. Many good mom and pops type places to eat. Check at whatever campground you choose, to get recommendations. Easy to spend a week or so in that area and not run out of places to visit and see.
