Many ways of fixing Boudin and all are good. For those who don't know, Boudin is cooked when you buy it. I will microwave until warm and eat with crackers. The casing is often very wet. Leave it out of the fridge and uncovered for an hour or so and it will dry up some and be easier to remove the boudin.
