La Senora died about 3 weeks ago. The land had already moved to family members. If you look at properties available beachfront, my opinion is that the land will probably be on the market for a while, if indeed the grandsons choose to sell it.
That being said, front row at Mar Rosa is 500p per day. It MAY have increased January 1, I'm not sure, but I am finding out because we will be there the end of Feb no matter the price. It's the place to be.
However, before I became the "snob" owner of a high end Class A coach....
I ALWAYS stayed at Mar Rosa for the security, location, and all around goodness, and paid far less, under 250p per day, for a smaller rig, VERY close to the water (the same as my distance at home in California from the water) with all the great amenities.
