Camping at Ainsworth State Park
Good morning everyone. what is it like staying at this state park? Is there lots to do around there? what can you guys tell me about this state park Please and thank you

Waterfalls and lots of hiking trails...easy drive into Portland and east to Hood River. Nice little park. I think there are only about 40 hook up sites.
We used it as a jumping off point for the Columbia River Gorge.

The Historic Highway westbound from Ainsworth is CLOSED due to the Eagle Creek Fire
Ainsworth is now open for the 2018 camping season
Last Day to Camp at Ainsworth for the 2018 camping season is Wednesday 10/31/18.
Ainsworth will close for the season on 11/1/18.
