We traveled to Canada back in 2005. Tunnel Mountain was full when we arrived, so a local was very nice to show us how to get to Two Jack Lake - dry camping. We hadn't taken our generator, thinking (I know) that we would be able to get hookups, but we were fine at Two Jack Main. We stayed at Lake Louise RV and had full hookups (water and power for sure, but can't remember if we had sewer), you'll see by the pictures in the link that it's side by side but roomy. This is close to RR tracks, so it can be loud, but for us, we didn't mind. When we got to Jasper and got in line for Whistler's, we found a waiting list for the full hookups, so we took a dry spot in the back. We ending up passing on the full hookup sites because they were extremely close and we ended up liking our dry spacious site. Here's a
link to some of the places we stayed.
