I was looking at Whistler campground . . .do you still have a certain amount space between sites and still retain a certain amount of outdoorsy/back to nature experience, or is it more like camping in a parking lot? I know this is a subjective question.
We had an electric-only site at Whistler's and were very close to both neighbors--maybe 15-20 ft. But the site was tree-shaded, relatively quiet (away from the highway), and had an entire herd of elk (including a big bull) grazing between the RVs the first morning. There was a long line for the dump station when we left, so we went across the highway to a smaller dump station. And we were the only ones using it!
