Camping recommendations for Rocky Point?

Just checked out a couple of parks today. Playa Bonto, where we are is pretty packed, just a space here and there. The dry camp area next to PB has some space. Playa de Oro has plenty of empty spaces. The park next to Playa de Oro is almost empty. The Reef is almost empty. There is no dry camp on the beach at the Reef.
