Moisheh, Bureaucratic Mexico has adopted the attitude of catering to the industry of having tourists fly in to Cancun or Puerto Vallarta, dump ten thousand dollars in a week and then get the hell out.
I am very much worked up to the point to ask state to demand the occupation of proposed travelers to the USA from Mexico. If they answer "gobernacion" require a ten thousand dollar refundable deposit for persons, and a ten thousand dollar refundable deposit for a motor vehicle.
