Just saying, if you showed up to the border with a different passport number and a different RV you will be given a new TIP.
Correct, although technically illegal! For the seller, e.g. Moisheh, that's exactly what would happen if he had both a new VIN and new passport number. For the buyer, e.g. the guy in Mississippi, he would NOT be able to bring that vehicle in, as they would see it is already there on an uncancelled TIP.
Mexnut, that is a good point. I was only thinking about Moisheh problem not the Mississippi buyer point of view.
Hypothetically and technically speaking; Moisheh's RV was removed from Mexico like he promised, he just didn't take care of paperwork.
Mr. Mississippi drives to the border and want a new permit to visit Mexico. Banjercito sees the old VIN in the computer, pulls the old sticker and cancels it. Since it really left the county and is coming back into mexico Banjercito issues a new permit for Mr. Mississippi.
Hypothetically speaking.
LOL! I think the probability that the Gentleman from Mississippi will be going SOB is LOW! I believe Moisheh has the problem, NOT the Gentleman from Mississippi. Let's stay focus on one of our own, helping Moisheh!

Gee, I don't see a whole lot of helpful responses coming from you on this. If you don't have something useful to add to a thread, why not just button your lip and maybe try to learn something?
Maybe that is because I know Moisheh personally and sent him an email directly. Also I responded on the first posting of his adventure with his TIP and other times this topic has come up. Funny thing is you responded to this topic when I brought it up last year. No reason to be nasty, hope I never meet you on the road. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chill and have a SOL!
