Believe it or not, for any given speed limit, one can go...wait for it...that speed limit. Granted road conditions may prohibit, but for goodness sake, near Sutton and Sterling, go (at least?) the speed limit.
Something unique to the north that I must remember - regardless of road conditions, approaching dusk, animals on road, vehicle configuration, I MUST drive at or over the speed limit.
