Actually had an occurrence a few days ago where an individual was pulling a small trailer going quite slowly. Found a long clear stretch of clear road and decided to pass. The guy actually sped up to try and keep us from passing. Fortunately, we got by and the jerk then slowed back down to do it to someone else.
Now that was not part of a caravan, but illustrates how bad some of the drivers up here are.
