We live aprox 30 miles south of Williamsport, Pa. We have traveled to Atlantic city, NJ in the past via Route 15 south through Harrisburg on to Interstate 76/pa turnpike through Philadelphia into NJ....

Taking I-476 (the Blue Route) south to I-95 north and back on I-76 takes some of the pain out of the Philadelphia traffic.
I believe it's the first exit after you get off the Turnpike.
