Central Pa to Cape May NJ, best route?
We live aprox 30 miles south of Williamsport, Pa. We have traveled to Atlantic city, NJ in the past via Route 15 south through Harrisburg on to Interstate 76/pa turnpike through Philadelphia into NJ....

We used to take 41 into Delaware then go over the Delaware Memorial Bridge and take the first exit to yhr right before you pay the toll. Then take 49 through Bridgeton and Millville then Garden State Parkway to Cape May.Other than going through Bridgeton,it's pretty good with few traffic lights and nice 2 lane highway through the farming areas of the state. It's really nice if you can drive through there at night when there is little traffic.We would leave around midnight and arrive around 5am.
