CG? Santa Barbara, Monterey, Eureka, Portland, Sandpoint..

Need some campground recs for the following areas... Santa Barbara (close to town, visiting friends/family, maybe Carpenteria?), Monterey (we plan to spend a day at the aquarium, so maybe 2 nights ...

If you want to stay here make sure you check to see if there will be a race when you want to be there. If there is you probably won't get a RV site, but if you do you could be in for a very loud stay. But if you like race cars it would be fun.
