Wow- according to that link, Mexico actually CAPS the amount that folks can collect in wrongful-death type lawsuits. Who knew?
Up here in the States there are NO LIMITS to the amount that can be sued for/awarded...whether that's good or bad I guess depends on which side of the lawsuit one's on!
