Suggestions of roads to take from Charleston,SC to Montgomery,AL and rv parks you may have stayed at. Currently at James Island County Campground ....leaving here the beginning of March.

If you are not in a hurry you can drop down to I-16 to Macon and pick up US 80. US 80 will take you straight to Montgomery. I love this route because it is south of Atlanta, I also hate going trough Atlanta and this route carries you trough some beautiful country. If you can't smell the roses, why travel? Travel safe.
