Confused with the varous toll passes
In Washington state, we have an account where they deduct our tolls from our license plates & we don't need transponders. Do any of the other systems have that option? We hate to need to carry a doze...

The problem (or blessing) on plate-readers (which Washington uses) is not all them handle out-of-state plates properly. Some simply can't bill out-of-state, some have to be done by hand and some bill in-state with the same number.
