Which route is easier for class C Motorhome ... ..meaning : no HIGH cliffs/bluffs dont want blow the tranny #1 ... From Spokane Wa, to US 2 , to Shelby Mt #2 ......

You don't have any options then. There is no route without steep hills, etc.
That being said US-2 probably has fewer then I-90.
