DEF Availability
We just bought a new diesel motor home that required DEF, and we are planning a trip to Alaska next year. For those of you who have done the trip, did you have any problems finding DEF along the way?

You can find DEF now at quite a few places. Some truck stops (e.g. Pilot) are selling it at the pump. The tank on my F350 holds 5 gallons. When I check the tank from the Driver's Information Panel, it will give me an indication when it gets to 50% full.
I purchase my DEF at Autozone in 2.5 gallon containers. They have a nozzle for adding it to the truck. I think the price is $14.99+tax. You might be able to find it less expensive, but I go through 2.5 gallons in about 3000 miles, so at $14.99, I'll pay a little more for the convenience. You could buy 2-3 containers, and probably be set for your whole trip.
