- LaurenExplorerBusskipper and I and many others agree about CO. We leave on the 18 for 70 days out in the rolling condo - 58 of those will be in CO, with a couple new and sound neat places in NM and 6 nights at the Grand Canyon South Rim in mid Sept. Aaaah!

Dittos to that!
Lemons are sweeter in this state :)
Almost anywhere in this state is scenic... I once was stuck in the winter on I-70 in Glenwood Canyon while an accident was being attended. It was for a little over an hour and I saw things I would have never seen before because I am usually traversing it at 55 MPH.
Sort of like that saying: When life serves you lemons, then enjoy the scenery.... in this case the lemons is a breakdown. - BusskipperExplorer

Probably be rather enjoyable for many of us - Think the all night closures of Eisenhower tunnel might not be so great later this month.
But if the 20 minutes is an Issue just take Rt 36 - as it really makes little difference once you get into Estes Park, where the delays are not scheduled but just as likely. .:S .
Every day in Colorado is worth the time and effort - just a special State. Love those Rocks.
