use the highway 16 route. it will take you straight into Custer and then Custer Park and Grace Coolidge will be right on the same road. If you need to dump your tanks, I think there's a dump station at the North Stockade Lake Campground now.
Otherwise, you have to go on to Game Lodge campground, but it isn't too far from Grace Coolidge.
