Heading south on Hwy 395 from Hwy 70. Checking Gas Buddy there doesn't seem to be many diesel stations for a while. We're in a diesel Class A starting out at just over 1/2 tank (100 gallon tank). Anyone familiar with the fuel stops between Reno and Ridgecrest?

There are places but you will pay close to or over $4 / gal. Fill up either in Reno, Carson City or Gardnerville/Minden.

Silver City RV has diesel just S of Carson City, easy in and out for rvs. Fort Independence, just 20 mi. S of Bishop, usually the cheapest on 395.
