Be aware that this is not going to be the warmest time to visit this area and snow is still a possibility. Personally, with a 6 mo baby and the time of the year considered, this may not be the best choice to test your long distance wings. We have a 40 foot motorhome and pull a 24' enclosed car trailer, and have never found a place to make us happy in Flagstaff or Sedona. Granted you have simpler needs for your Class B. Not all RV Parks at the higher elevations are open the year round, so I would definitely choose my stops in advance or with reservations. You might be better off to choose some targets in the lower elevations of AZ where it is warmer right now and save this trip for later in the season. It might not be the best experience for the entire family at this time and it would be a shame to leave a sour taste for our first long hop.
We will be spending a month in So Cal in Hemet or Aguanga and hanging in Temecula and area.
