64 is an Interstate highway, the part from I-81 east only has one major mountain, Mt Afton, speed limit is 70 mph (on most of it),as was said just start out slow 50-55, letting it climb to 60-65 won't hurt, then get on your brakes to bleed off the speed, the grade is not real long, with no extremely sharp curves.
