It sounds like you've had your truck off the road once in a while. Watch out when installing an aftermarket fuel filter set up. It's a good idea and fine for people who never take their 4 X 4s off of the road, but all of them that I've looked at hang down too far. I'm worried that when I'm either stuck in a mud hole (last time was about 4 weeks ago) or climbing over something like a rock, that I'm going to crunch the filters and then be left sitting there with a real problem. Most people have to mount them down on the frame because there's no room in the engine compartment.
