Fastest way to Arizona from Florida is I10. Take the beltway around New Orleans unless you want to see the city. Straight through Houston and time it for non rush hour. The rest of Texas is FAST! 80mph for much of it. Carlsbad is worth a stop. Sedona is a tourist trap IMHOP. The real fun starts north of Flagstaff. Been to most of Utah, many many choices all good.
