Trip planner

Called good Sam to see why every time I try to log in and go to trip planner it goes to membership page to re-new , ask for credit card info, and will not ever go to trip planner, they said there were issues that they were working on and to check back in a day or two but it seems a week is not long enough. Anyone having the same issue and did you get it resolved. I’m losing patience with Good Sam !
