We were just in Zion, Bryce, Page and GC.
The South Rim may be easier and has more camping options. Trailer Village comes to mind. Lots of spaces and full hookups. Desert View is lovely.
At Zion try to book Watchmen Campground. Cheap and electric hookups and also inside the park. As suggested, stay away on weekends! Insanity!
In Page we stayed at Page Lake Powell Campground. Clean, safe, cheap, convenient, full hookups. Page was a pleasant surprise! A few lovely, short hikes and the slot canyons are amazing!
Of course you will be a short drive away from Monument Vallley. That should be a strong consideration.
Bryce is less visited compared to Zion. Ruby's Inn Campground is nice and has full hookups.
Also close by are Joshua Tree NP, Death Valley NP, Arches, Capitol Reef, Canyon Lands, and more!
