Have made this trip many times but looking something different. Florence South Carolina to Naples Flordia I-95 I-10 Rt 301 I-75 to Naples Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I've used that route many times crossing over from 301 to I75 at Citra, FL. It was the fastest route to N. Naples. I now go to the far east side of Naples (east of Collier Seminole SP) and find the best (shortest/fastest) route to be I95 to I 4, I 4 to Rt 27, Rt 27 to Rt 29 and south to US 41, then west. Good roads either way.
