Florida 301 & Starke
Just wondering if any of you early snowbirds have gone thru Starke, Florida and the 301 by-pass around town is complete?? Be going thru there Saturday. Should take 10/15 minuets off he trip...

- Yes. The bypass is done.
Has been for about 6 months. - The bypass is done and oh how great it is not to have to drive through all that traffic and all those lights. Chuck

That was the 301 weak link between I-95 & I-75.
Wonder how the local's like it. A lot less traffic, but also a lot less business for all the fast food joints etc... - Just drove north through there today. The bypass is very nice. I did notice they signed it mainly as a "truck route" rather than the "route for everybody who doesn't actually want to go to Starke" that it actually is.
