Well, it appears that the rumor that you can't get FMM's from the travel clubs anymore is just that, a rumor. I can't find anyone in the Mexico government that knows any thing about it and both the Vags, and Discover Mexico state that they are still issuing them. You still have to cross at the place you list on the app and get the FMM signed but that's it.
