You need an official response. Call a CDN border crossing...get the name of the person you talk with. Ask the questions. I know you can bring in some..I do it all the time...but if quantity changes that? I just don't know. And the fact is..what is okay..or not okay today, has little bearing on what is okay/not okay next year.
