How are the Costco meats these days re pricing, flavor and tenderness?

My favorite way to use a thick Costco pork chop.
Brown a pound of spicy sausage and mix it with a box of stove top stuffing. Butterfly the chop and cram as much stuffing in it as I can. Then rub the outside with some seasoning and smoke to an internal temp of 145.

- Costco has some of the best meats you will find. Never disappointed. Not cheap though.

Living 100 miles from Costco, we still keep the freezer full of their meats :) - Can't beat a Costco prime rib eye steak. You can almost cut it with a fork
- Just about the only place I can find Prime in the RGV. They even had an small Prime Brisket last time I was there.
