Every time I read about the forum being dead I look at the number of active posts. There are almost always 5 or 6 pages of active posts. I have only been around for about a year but still get my camping fix every day by reading about what people are doing and where they are going.
I have talked to several younger people at campgrounds and they are not interested in a forum such as this. They make up a fair amount of the new people joining in the RV/TT population and have other ways of communicating. Most of them are buying smaller trailers that are cheaper and easier to take to remote locations. No 5 star resorts for most of them, my daughters included.
