Galveston Ferry closed UFN
Due to an oil spill in Galveston Bay the Ferry between Galveston and the Bolivar Peninsula is suspended.
No word as to when the service will be restored.

Ferry service resume Tuesday BUT only during daylight hours
about 7 AM to 7 PM until further notice - Thanks for posting as this may affect some winter texans going north. We would normally be taking this route next week, but have decided to stay longer!
