Garmin gps...2 questions
DW got me a garmin 2797lmt for my bday. Will this work OK in a class C with the cabover blocking the dash? And can you program a route in that you want the garmin to follow? ...tia

My Garmin will pick some really strange routes. Last year it tried to route us over a Forest Service road. Do not trust your life or rig to the GPS. Always check the route with a map and make sure you know where you're going. My GPS has a simulation mode which allows planning when you don't have a satellite connection. I plan my route with a map and Google maps and put that into the GPS. Good Sam has a pretty good on-line trip planner which I use, also. Before trusting your GPS Google "Death by GPS".
