Hi Moisheh...long time since we chatted here. Yes keeping a foreign vehicle in Mexico is getting tricky with the new immigration stuff. That's the main reason we took our Canadian car back to Canada, even though we had always planned to nationalize it in Mexico when the time came. We bought a Mexican car, so now we will never have a hassle about it. No doubt there will be future hassles regarding other things...but not the car. One off the list!
We also got international licences when we did the Europe RV trip. They are only good for 1 year (at least ours were), and as stated, are only obtainable if you have a "real" drivers' licence.
