Either take the park road east out of the park ( a steep climb but no downhill heading east) or take Hwy 20 (easier descent than Hwy 14). Do not take Hwy 14 unless you really enjoy mountain driving and are confident in your braking. With your small RV you can do it but just be aware that it's not the easiest of the 3 options.
Another way that might be longer (not sure) but you can add in the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is to take Hwy 9 west to Hurricane, UT then pick up UT59 which become AZ389 to Fredonia, AZ then south to Grand Canyon or north on 89 to Bryce. This is a very easy drive and scenic. If you enjoy animals, in Kanab, UT is Best Friends Animal Sanctuary which gives an awesome tour in a gorgeous setting. Also take in Coral Sands State Park in Kanab - beautiful color of the dunes.
