Is Highway 14 from Cedar City, UT (on Interstate 15) going east to Highway 89 suitable for towing a 24' TT? TIA, Bobbo

As we approached Cedar City on I-15, I told DW that it was her last chance to say she wanted the steep, no guard rails, switchbacks, scenic Route 14, after that we were committed to Hwy 20. She said Hwy 20 was fine with her.
