Good campgrounds I-77 south in North Carolina ?

Based on RV Park Reviews, I don't find any good campgrounds traveling south on I-77 in NC going toward SC. CGs not level & bathhouses dirty. Just looking for one night. Or maybe a Walmart or Flying ...

I am also looking for this information.. North Carolina.

I am departing from Ohio the end of November...
need a nice .. and a fair price.. for a 1 night...
with hot showers and electric.
