Good campgrounds I-77 south in North Carolina ?

Based on RV Park Reviews, I don't find any good campgrounds traveling south on I-77 in NC going toward SC. CGs not level & bathhouses dirty. Just looking for one night. Or maybe a Walmart or Flying ...

Since the OP mentioned Walmart, we have used the Mt. Airy Walmart with no problems. It's not too far from I-77.
