Good campgrounds I-77 south in North Carolina ?

Based on RV Park Reviews, I don't find any good campgrounds traveling south on I-77 in NC going toward SC. CGs not level & bathhouses dirty. Just looking for one night. Or maybe a Walmart or Flying ...
