There appear to be a lot of rest area threads that say it's okay to overnight there (we'd be there between midnight to 6-7am)but they aren't recent. Anyone stop in there recently? Nearby walmarts?

I would do the 84 to 9 route regardless of what the traffic reports say.....best you can get going that way.....we go 84 all the way to 90 in Sturbridge ,Mass..then 90 to 495 right out to the Cape,,,15 miles farther but what a great ride...but each to his or her own
But...right next to Atlantic Oaks and on the bike trail.also is Arnolds...both a seafood rest and Ice cream shop and mini golf......please don't miss it their fish is probably the best on the Cape.....
